At OMAREK Smart Watches, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your smartwatch must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including accessories, charging cable, manuals, and any included items.
  • receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personal care items or used wearable accessories
  • Any item that has been physically damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Defective Products

If your smartwatch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take several business days to appear.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
